About
Cadtad Foundation is a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to empowering vulnerable populations through education, health, and skill development. We believe every child, youth, and girl deserves an opportunity to live a dignified, purpose-driven life. Our work is focused on three key groups, with tailored programs that address both immediate needs and long-term sustainability.
1. Children (Ages 2-14) We currently care for 38 children, whom we have supported since April 1, 2023. These children are provided with access to quality education and essential facilities in a safe and nurturing environment, aiming to reduce trauma and promote healthy emotional development. Our goal is to help each child grow in stability, hope, and dignity, ensuring they are not only protected but also prepared for a bright future. We are actively seeking sponsorships, school partnerships, and child welfare advocates to help expand this reach to even more vulnerable children in need.
2. Adolescents and Youth (Ages 15-22) This age group is critical in shaping a productive and self-sustaining future generation. At Cadtad Foundation, we currently support 58 adolescents and youth, equipping them with technical and life skills training in 11 key areas. Our goal is to prepare them to be self-reliant, employable, and nation-builders. - Multi-Level Marketing- Public Speaking & Communication- Leadership & Group Dynamics- Financial Intelligence- Business Life Experience- Management Skills- Business Ownership- Computer Studies- Driving & Mechanics- Fashion and Design- Cooking & Catering Services Our vision is to raise a generation of empowered young people who can support themselves and uplift others, regardless of their background. With sponsorship and funding, we aim to provide certified training, startup kits, and internship placements for our youth trainees. Your support can help unlock their potential and fuel their dreams.
3. The Girl Child (Ages 12-22) - "Give Her a Chance" Program We currently support 21 girls under this program. Recognizing the deep neglect and inequality many girls face, especially in underserved communities, Cadtad Foundation launched the "Give Her a Chance" initiative. This program focuses on:- Health education, including family planning, HIV prevention, and early pregnancy awareness- Menstrual hygiene support through the provision of sanitary pads, buckets, nutritious food, and medical care - Outreach to rural villages, street communities, and lakeside settlements with no access to basic services- Professional health sensitization by trained doctors and community workers Our aim is to restore dignity, protect health, and ignite purpose in every girl we reach. We invite corporate sponsors, health organizations, and women's rights advocates to partner with us to scale this life-saving initiative to more regions in need.
Our Belief We believe that when you empower a child, a youth, or a girl, you impact generations. Education, health, and skill development are not just solutions-they are investments in humanity's future. Together-with your partnership, donation, or organizational support-we can create stories of transformation that will echo through time and leave a legacy of hope.

We operate with transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to grassroots community impact. Cadtad Foundation welcomes collaboration with individuals, organizations, and institutions who are passionate about creating lasting transformation.
